Hi guys, today my 91 explorer poped into gear while it was in Park, I hit the brakes and put the hand brake on. I thought it was just the tranny linkage but it turns out it might be the park handle or whatever its called. It turns out i need to take out my tranny to replace it etc. The car drives fine but the only way i can make it stay in one spot is to hold the brakes or put the handbrake on.
Has anyone ever heard of this or know what the exact part or problem is?
I would greatly appreciate some feedback ASAP
