Cargo light Question?

I just got a 2003 ST and can't figure out the cargo light. I just sold my 1995 Ranger that basically has the same dash setup. In my Ranger if you rotate the interior light switch all the way up it would turn on all the lights and the cargo light. My ST does not do this. The only way to turn on the cargo light is to hit the unluck button on the remote and it will sty on for 30 seconds!

Anyone have a simular problem, or am I just not "gettin it"!
