carparts.com designation "VIN E" or "VIN X"

i was just looking for borla exhaust for my 98 sport SOHC on carparts.com, and they ask you pick your model explorer from a list. theres only 2 options if you have a 2 door 4wd...one says "VIN E" and the other says "VIN X"...does anyone know the difference? which one do i have? also, if no one knows, then does someone happen to know where else i could get a borla kit for my truck?

VIN "X" is the 4.0 OHV and VIN "E" is the 4.0 SOHC.
