Carpeting Box

i built my box and put silicon in it so i think it should be air tight. Anyways i think im ready to dress it up now. How should i carpet the box? and what should i use to glue it onto the wood??

Standard spray glue will hold crpet on with no problem. Carpeting boxes can be a real art to do so you can not see any seems.
I normally start buy centering the box on the carpet and wrap the box and put a seem on the bottom. The side panels will be the hardest to do. You can do it one of 2 ways. 1 you can trim the carpet to the box and cut a square out and glue that to the sides and be done.
The second way is alittle hared for most. You fold the carpet over the side and cut crosscorner so you have 4 triangles and then glue them done.

for subs that are 12" or 15" u can only use black carpet. For an 8 or 10" u can ONLY use gray. Or esle your speakers wont sounds as good.
