I just came across this product.

Castrol claims, "When the engine stops, oil normally drains off critical engine parts, but Castrol GTX MAGNATEC’s intelligent molecules don’t. They cling to the engine like a magnet, providing an extra layer of protection."\

I find this interesting and I wonder if it really works. It's a blend oil and the "magnetic" oil could help dry starts if it does what it says it's supposed to do.

Maybe it's got some stuff in there like Zmax or something?

Just like "PT Barnum" from the Barnum and Bailey Circus fame once quoted, "There's a sucker born everyday"! For me, seeing is believing for me (ex. seeing it actually work as stated), not some words in an advertisement. I do believe Castrol makes a quality product though and use their Castrol Edge w/Titanium Full Synthetic 5W-30 motor oil in my Ex. And no to who ever might ask, I do not believe it contains actual "Titanium" in the oil. I bought it figuring it was their top of the line brand and for the $24-$26 a 5 quart jug at WalMart, it's as pricey as any of the other brands so I gave it a try.
