there is 2 converters right beneath driver and passenger floor.

I have the MagnaFlow converters. So far, no problems with them. Cats are there for a reason so keep them.

I've had a MagnaFlow converter for 15 or so years on mine, with no issues. Its a high flow cat, but it will still pass California emissions.
