Does anybody know which model of
cd changer can i use with my OEM sound
system?

I want to buy an aftermarket cd-changer
because Ford´s is too expensive.

I own a Ford explorer eddie bauer 1999
with match 1 sound system.
(my head unit allows me to connect a cd
changer)...

thanks

Robert

Clarion makes them for Ford.
Goto http://www.radiosandmore.com
Costs approx $350 with harness and consol mount bkt.
Easy to install, I just did it myself on a 98' sport

You might consider an RF Modulator unit. If keeping the factory sound system is a priority, this is a viable option. These units simply connect in-line on your Antenna-in plug.
I have a Sony 10 disc RF changer. It has a wired control/display panel that can be attached in a convienent location with sticky tape (included). Also, a wireless remote is available. I got mine at www.buy.com for $199... Usually $229+ in stores.
