CD Changer needed for 97 Explorer

AWD 5.0 XLT 97 Explorer

Anyone have a CD changer for my truck, think I may need the harness too and instruction and a how too. Looks like someone removed the changer before I bought the truck.

If you haven't looked yet, check to see if you have the harness under the center console- you can pull up the 2 storage bin section, it just snaps in, and then the other one cupholder/ashtray if you have that one... If you only need a changer, I have one. If you need the harness too, I can get one, but it may be a couple of weeks, unless someone else can come up with oue faster for ya...

Yea i have a sony stereo and it has a wiring harness.....
it doesnt have a book or nothing though

The consoles have a label inside near the front, listing the options of the wiring. Check that to see if you have a changer harness there. If so they will plug in, and I also have a spare console/changer. Joe will help you out.
