Hey guys I'm both new to this forum and to the world of Ford Explorers. I bought my 1999 Ford Explorer Sport about 4 months ago. It came with the stock radio that plays both tape and CD. My first question is what type of sound system do I have because it's not the JBL premium one? Secondly, after I play a CD in the CD player and want to change to another CD to listen to the CD player will not accept another CD and it makes a clicking noise from within the CD player itself. It'll do this and then spit the CD back out and won't take another CD until I let the radio seemingly cool down. What the frig is causing this and is there anyway I can fix it without replacing the entire radio?

Is it a CD-R or a CD-R-W ?
It may not beable to regonise the CD encoding if that is the case.

Welcome to the site, don't be a stranger.

Nope, it's just a regular old normal CD. The clicking and rejecting of CD's seems to be indiscriminate. Almost as indiscriminate as GW Bush's Iraq "PLAN". :nono:
