I know this topic has come about a bunch of times but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I don't want to raise my vehicle at all (i'd actually rather lower it slightly) but the ride quality is pretty bad. It's a 2000 Sport with the monoleaf. I've heard the 4-door leaf packs will improve ride quality but will they also raise my ride height? Is there a way to use a 4-door pack and keep my ride height the same? thanks

You can always use the fake blocks on the mono leaf pack as lowering blocks if it sits too high. If you don't know what I'm talking about go look under the mono leaf, there is a factory block thing there so the spacing is the same for the shocks as if there was a full leaf pack in there.

I see the blocks, but wouldn't adding them just increase the ride height? Sorry, i'm a newb at suspension.

is the ride quality that much better over the monoleaf on the Sports...I have a 96 Sport 2wd. Ive redone the bushings for front and rear sway bars, and upper and lower control arms, and also have the Edelbrock IAS shocks.
Way better than it was, but still could be improved. thanks for any input.

Adding leafs will add improve your ride quality, but don't be mistaken, it WILL raise you're ride height. I put 4 springs under min 99 Sport and it picked it up 2 1/2 inches. The block idea should compensate for that, though.
