Hello there guys, Little insight if you please.
A friend and I changed valve cover gaskets, and all of the intake gaskets. Put it back together run like a top. 1/2 hour or so. Shut it off, got something to eat, then about an hour later went to go to the store, and it woulndn't start. just cranked. well then i had notice that the injecters were leaking pretty good. Next morning went and bought set of seals and put them in. And ever since then when your driving it acts like it's flooding out. So you have to push down on the accelerator almost 3/4 the way to the floor, and then it kicks in and takes off. And als you stop at a light or what have you and it will start surging like crazy. The amp gauge is bouncing from side to side. And when you try to take off you give it gas and it wont go. just like its dumping fuel down the throat of a carb. It doesn't do it everytime, probably 3-5 times in a 10 to 15 block stretch. engine light comes on now frequently now too. But after doing some reading here i'm going out to see if I can figure out the codes.
