Changing Blub on Third Brake Light

Hello all, I have a 04 XLT and I am stuck on how to get the bulb out for the third brake light.

I have removed the light from the truck and now I am stuck and how to I get the individual light from the row.

Thanks for this. I just changed all five bulbs and would have had a hard time figuring out the release clips.
