Changing Gear Lube

ok so i rolled over 100,000 miles on my Ex about 300 or so miles ago,


so i plan on changing the rear axle gear lube,

does my 92 take the typical 80W90 that most early 90's trucks take? or does it take 75w145

and i haven't decided if i'll put synthetic in or not

The synthetic is worth it. It's more $$$$, but how often do you change gear lube?
