Charcoal canister hardware

Hello all. I was hoping someone on here could help me out. I replaced the rear charcoal canister on my 2003 explorer yesterday but the bolt it mounts to broke off. The bolt is mounted on a clip that just slides into the fuel tank cover. I spent 3 hours on google last night trying to find one and Auto Zone/NAPA/O’Reillys were no help at all. Anyone know a part number for this thing or where to find one?
