cheap bright head lights?

ya my mom has a 96 mazda 626 and im looking to get her some brighter headlights for her birthday on wednesday. what is the best/ brightest brand of those blue/white headlights for up to like $30? ive seen Sylvania "cool blues" and the street glow xenon lights for around $20 but i dont know if those are good. please tell me what are some highquality bulbs for the price. thanks!

i got the xeon bulbs from www.jcwhitney.com
i have the 80w/110w...they are ok
when i ordered them...i was stupid
i thought it was xeon as in white...a sort of super bright white

i got them for around 11.99 a peice
they are ok....don't like the blueish color though...everyones got that now.

i just went down to pepboys and picked up some sylvania cool blues. they look good!

Ok here's my suggestion, if you want nice bright Hyperwhite, get the "EUROLITZ" or get the "OPTIBLUE FROM OPTIBLUE" which you can get order them like for 40 bucks the set, at www.autodynamics.com I recommend them, they're great, I bought bulbs from their, meaning hyperwhite bulbs and they're awesome, real nice bluish white color...
