Cheap lift?

i just bought a 1997 Explorer XLT and i was looking at lift kits. the cheapest 4" kit i could find was for $1700. i'm 17 and don't have that kinda of money and i was wondering if anybody knows of anything cheaper or anything that could be done for cheaper?

what he said. try to search for words like (but not limited to): TT, Shackle(s), BL, body lift, cheap, lift, aal. You can also try combinations of those words. you'll come up with a plethora of information, but it will take some time and reading on your part.

hell you can lift your truck in your driveway for free, 3'' Torsion Twist, and SOA, or just some shackles,

there is SEARCH button, to the right upper side of your screen, you should type in " lift " then select a area,
