Here you go. They are retreads so the life isn't as good as new but they're a good bit less expensive.

Why would retreads not last as long? That hasn't been my experience so far. They use a softer rubber and they don't last as long as street tires but that's true of all off road tires, not necessarily retreads. Mine actually seem to be lasting longer than the BFG KM2s they replaced. Installed January and still have more than 60% tread left on a daily driver. Wearing evenly. I will definitely buy them again. Even if they lasted half as long, I'd still spend the same amount but have new tires yearly. With the same or better wear, like I'm experiencing, I'll spend half as much over two years.

Btw, they are great off road. I have the Guard Dog M/T.

My only complaint, if I had to make one up, would be that they are louder than the KM2s I had.

I'm not so sure the walnuts make a difference but I got those because that's what they had available when I ordered. They might matter more to someone on ice. :dunno:

I was just reporting what I've read. But it's good to know they worked out good for you. I've never read much bad about them just about their life span.

I would have to wonder if the people complaining about the life of them bought mud terrains for the first time because it's the first time mud terrains were in their budget and compared their lifespan to all terrain or street tires that they were used to.

I have had the wardens on my explorer for about 10k and they are just now starting to show some wear. The guard dogs I had were much louder than other mud tires i have had and got ok mileage. I got about 20k out of them but that was on a heavier truck that did a lot of heavy hauling.
