Cheapest way to lift a first gen 2wd

Hey guys, I looking for the cheapest way to do a suspension lift on my '92 2wd. I would like to go 3" or 4" but without breaking the bank. I was looking into fabtech but that $1400. lift is just out of my sights for awhile since I just bought a house. Any thoughts suggestions would be great.

A couple of otions come to mind.

1st, Bodylift. Easy and Cheap.

2nd, coil spacers up front and a add a leaf in the rear or SOA.

3rd, Coil spacers and lift coils and the same as above fro rear.

Where could I purchase those coil spacers? Will it give alot of positive camber?
