my check engin light keeps coming on on i can't find anything wrong with it what could this mean and dose anyone else do it cause i no my friends come on for no reason to

There's definitely a reason it's coming on. It's telling you that your engine is not meeting emissions standards somehow.

Get your codes read and post what codes it's throwing and we'll go from there.

Check Engine Light

I had this happen to me and there was no notice of the car having any problems, I brought it in for a diagnostics and htey told me it was the EGR Sensor. After replacing it. It went away! Hope this could give you some kind of idea.

Check engine light

Mine was the EGR Pressure Sensor...$125 at the dealer... $60 at the parts store... Don't forget to reset the computer! The MAF sensor could be dirty too!
