Check engine light Code P401 and 402?

My vehicle bucks at around 40 mpg. Took it to Autozone to have the code read. I was told it was emissions. I have inspection coming up and it will fail with the light on. Please help!

My car has P0401 code and after i change DPFE sensor ( Motorcraft).It works now.No engine light and no code.Maybe you have same sensor that dont work?!
