check engine light

obd code 171 keeps coming up. I have changed pressure (DPFE)sensor twice, egr valve, oxygen sensors, idle sensor. nothing has worked.the light keeps coming on and now my ex stalls out at lights. any suggestions.

Have you checked the lines coming off the DPFE sensor for blocks or leaks?

I did replace the old rotted out rubber lines then cleared the code. it went 3 weeks before the light came back on.thanks for you input. all is welcome.

running lean could be leaking intake gaskets, a very common repair. Is this the SOHC?

this is a sohc.How hard is it to do change that out?
