My check engine light keeps coming on my 92 explorer. I pull the codes according to the repair manual and it shows a code 73: insufficient throttle position output during dynamic response test. What does this mean? I replaced the TPS twice and nothing still does it. And yes I cleared the codes each time. Can anyone help

During the key on engine running test, at one point you are supposed to goose the throttle. If you don't, then it will set that code because it didn't see a change in the TPS output. If you did goose it, then there may be a bad connection between the TPS and the computer.
