Howdy. My dads friend is into auto body repair and collision work. He has a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica that was involved in a low impact roll over. No airbag deployment. It sat on its roof for a while, and we figured that oil ran into the cylinders. We didn't want to start it before getting the oil out, so we want to remove the spark plugs. As with most high tech engines, it ain't easy. We found out how to remove one (and there was a lot of oil in it) but the engine (3.5L, 24 valve) has a massive black plastic intake manifold (or whatever it's called these days) and we can't figure out where to start to remove it.

Is there a place on the internet where I can chat with someone or get a manual on how to do this? Thanks.

Umm....I would say you'll have to check with Chrysler. I seriously doubt too many people are online already trying to change plugs on a less then year old car. One thing you can check though, is look for Chrysler 300M info, its the same motor. Good luck.

Thanks. I'll check with the 300 (m?). I figured that a dealer wouldn't say anything over the phone and would want me to bring it in
