My '02 EB with 4.6L V8 has started acting odd lately. When you pull to a stop in gear after it's warmed up, more often than not, the engine will start making for lack of a better word a "chugging" kind of sound for several seconds. The rpms will vary up and down very slightly while this is going on, less than 100 rpms variance, then after perhaps a minute it smooths out. It will also exhibit this same behavior when placed in neutral after being thoroughly warmed up. I've never had another car in my life act this way. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
