So i was driving home yesterday and the person driving in front of me lost a tire and i stopped to help. They asked to hook their portable light thing into my cigarette lighter and it had a power block. they coldnt use theirs cuz the VW doesnt wouldnt turn over so they had no power. dont ask why i didnt just turn around and use my headlights for light. (wasnt thinking) anyways plug it in and it works for about 45 seconds and i hear a loud pop and now my cigarette lighter port wont work. I checked the fuses and non of them looked blow. Any one have any suggestions?
