okay im switich from a wet guzed intake filter to a amsoil dry intake filter. Im just wondered that if i spray the maf sensor while its still in the intake isnt the dirt and oil going to going down the intake tube and in the engine. my intake is the one pictured below.

If your air filter is doing its job, there shouldn't be dirt and oil going down the intake because there wouldn't be any/much lol.
In your case, just pull the MAF housing apart from the rest of the intake so it's separated from everything... clean the MAF, let it air dry for a bit, and then re-install it. Done.
