On my 91 Eddie the lower part of doors and rockers is painted tan. I can live with that, but under the rocker the pinch weld has got to go. When the truck gets lifted you will see it worse. That kind of stuff bothers me, dont know why.

Since im still waiting for my War 153's and the 2" front lift, I figured i can work on cleaning up the body for free.

So can I hammer that pinch flat without wrecking anything?

I have rocker rust in that spot before the rear wheelwell. I dont have time to get into welding a new rocker so I just cut the old to square it up to good metal. For now.

Since Im cutting the front bumper along the lines like Froders (hope you dont mind Froader that is a sick lookin mod and its free) I figure i can use the front plastic spoiler and cut it to extend the rocker and give it back its line, attach it some way (maybe sheet metal screws) and then shoot from the door sill down with Herculiner, or black wrinkle paint or whatever.

Of course the plastic spoiler thing may not work, so maybe ill bend something up to fit, but the main thing is I want that lower line cleaned up.

Doable?
