CLEAR CORNER LIGHTS INSTALL

Ok, I am going to buy Clear corner lights for the front of my '98 explorer sport. The only problem is I need some help installing them. Could some one please instruct me on how to do this, if you could give me some pictures it would be even better. But any help would be greatly appreciated. Either post here or email me at

I'll see if I can get some pics tomorrow after school. I'm assuming your would install them the same way on your Explorer as on my 1995 Explorer 4-Door. I'll see if pics are possible.

Ok so I couldn't get pics but I'll tell you how to get 'em off.
1. Open your hood
2. Above the headlights there are two flaps. Lift them up. You should see 2 screws.
3. Take out the screws
4. Pull straight forward on the housings. They will unsnap from there holdings.
5. Unscrew lights.

There you go.

When you say housing you mean..?? the light or the front part o the c or what?

by housing he means the whole light fixture; the whole corner light.

I advise him to definitely get a Chiltons or Haynes manual as well, itll pay for itself many times over.
