I'm looking to replace my taillights but I think euros and altezza's are ugly. I've seen clear out's and the look awesome on my friends civic. I've only found one place that has them but he says he won't sell them because they are illegal

yes, they are illegal and that's why most places don't sell them anymore.

You have to tell them its either a show truck or a truck for use on private property. They usualy will work with you.
