I have a clicking noise that i notice when my window is down going about 20 - 30 mph and the clicking gets faster , the faster i go. But the wierd thing is I dont hear everytime i drive. Sometimes Ill be driving at 25 while im listening for it then like a min later it starts clicking. I searched and there were problems like this, but for Autolocking hubs, and mine is manuel. So would it be the hubs? Or does anybody have any ideas?

I am having the same problem... It's been suggested that the brake pads are to blame, as well as the anti-rattle clip (whatever that is) in the inner brake pad... I am still waiting for a more definitive answer on how to inspect and possibly repair this problem.

My brake pads are pretty new. There probably about 5 months old. So anybody got a solution?

i dont know if it helps but our 91 with auto hubs did that once. we stopped dead and backed up 10 feet straight (as that is what the manual called for to fully disengage 4wd). double check that your hubs are not locked and back up 10 feet anways...wont hurt anything, thats for sure.
