It is very likely that the noise is still because of your auto hubs. They tend to do that when they're getting weak. It probably happens when you turn, right? It's from them partially engaging, and sometimes engaging by themselves. Get the hubs rebuilt, replaced, or switch to Warn/Milemarker manual hubs.

it does it all the time straight or whatever and i cleaned tjem out today there was a good amount of grease in there but that did not help

There should only be a light coating of grease in the autohub to prevent rust. Packing grease into the hub is a BIG Mistake. It will cause the spring at the end of the hub to pre-load the mechanism towards the disengage position.

i dontt hink that there is a spring in my auto hub becuse it hought of that today

If you have an auto hub then you have a spring. You cannot see it because it is at the very end of the hub hidden behind the snap ring and bearing.
See post #15 in this similiar thread

but the gear inside of the suto hub has no spring i have to tourn it upside down to make it fall out im going to take it complety apart today and c if there is a spring but as of right know there is not one

My auto hubs used to click all the time to the point where I was embarassed to have friends ride in the truck with me. I switched to manual hubs and don't regret it one bit. Best mod I have done to date.

You can't just remove the hub and turn it upside down. You will need snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring at the bottom of the HUB.

i know that but it takes that for the gear to come out to go into the lock position
