The other day I had my spark plug wires, plugs and fuel filter changed. Now when I accelerate it makes this loud clicking noise. It did not make this noise before I took it in. Could it be that they put the wrong gaped plugs in there? or would it be something else?

are we talking a "knocking" or pinging sound, like does the engine jump? how intermitant is it? is it only when in gear and floored? What engine? A clicking sounds more like valves / lifters, and nothing you had done should have affected that, whereas if it's a pinging then obviously something is amiss. (most 4.0s have some clicking noise when you accelerate, from my experience, dunno why you would just now be noticing it though).

Check your vacuum lines.... one might have been popped off/broken. Also check the EGR tubing.

This clicking sound only comes when I accelerate and it is not just when I floor it. When I let off the gas it stops. I will check the hoses and lines to make sure they are not cracked or damaged.

Sounds like you have a plug wire that is not pushed all the way onto the plug. Check all your plug wire to be sure they are properly seated.
