SRS code 34 for a few years and now speed control not functioning. Checked fuses. Could these both be a clockspring problem or separate issues? Chilton's manual has no wiring schematic and wrong (a/c) diagrams in cruise control section.

34 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Low Resistance or Shorted.
