The clutch is a hydraulic system, there is no adjustment.

The only things you can do is bleed the system if it's not working properly due to air bubbles in the system, or replace components like the master/slave cylinder.

It's usually best worked on as a whole, due to the hassle of needing to drop the transmission to change the clutch/ pressure plate, slave cylinder, and throwout bearing.

You can change the master cylinder without messing with anything else, sometimes that's the cause of pedal issues.

Other than that, all you can do is bleed the system. Doing so and getting all the old fluid out and putting all new fluid in might make a difference, too.

I thought you could adjust the pedal for height but the engagement would be the same?

ok so i would have to try the pedal first if i can't do that i will have to bleed the whole system
