clutch hydraulic problems still

ok,
i just replaced my transmission and slave after i stripped out some gears in the transmission. before this happenned i was having difficulty shifting into first while at a stop, and the transmission shop said the slave was bad. i am still having a hard time getting the truck into first. what other things should i look for. i am positive i did a good bleed on the slave... i did it twice!!

Check the system for air and replace the master cylinder. We swaped the engine in mine and replace the clutch and slave cylinder. The clutch wasn't right until the master cylinder was repace. It is less than $50 in parts.
