hi. my clutch has been going out recently and i haven't replaced it due to not having the money. today it went completley out.

my truck is a 1991 and i found a clutch kit brand new from a local classified for 50 bucks. only problem is its for a 1994 and i did some research and they use a different kit.
this is for the 91

this is for the 94

only difference i see is the throwout bearing. i am getting a new slave cylinder too that comes with a throwout bearing so if that's for a 1991 then can I use the rest of the 1994 clutch kit? or is there some other difference?

please help need to get her back on the road asap.

so i found out that my assumption was correct, the only difference is the throwout bearing.

if you feel its necessary go ahead and move this thread to the stock 91-94 thread's

So what did you do, get that kit, but not use the throwout?

I wonder if the difference is just an upgrade?

i got the 94 kit and will be getting a slave cylinder for a 91 that comes with the proper throwout bearing. and yes, I do think its just an upgrade
