I have a 91 explorer with the 4.0 litre v6 and a five speed standard and my clutch does not disengage all the way when i put it in im new to this vehicle and so is my father ( hes really the only guy i ask about fords cuz hes owned and worked on so many) i was wondering if it coukd be where the clutch is positions like can i adjust it or if i have to bleed it or if that just plain and simply means i need a new clutch and what i mean by its not disengaging is say im at a red light and i have the clutch in all the way with my foot on the brakes once i left off the brakes with my foot still on the clutch all the way it drives forward and doesnt stop until i put the brakes on again

Your clutch has no adjustment to it. You can try bleeding it, and if you do, I suggest searching here and reading up on how troublesome that can be and the best ways to do it.
The most common failure point on the manual trans is the slave cylinder. Yours might be going bad.

Moving this to the proper section.
