code 306 cyl 6 misfire

My explorer starts great when cold. When hot it needs to crank 20 or more times , almost like its flodded. I changed plugs wires and coil. Reset the code. It came back. I took it to a garage who changed the plugs and ran a cleaner through it to clean injectors. Charged me 400. The code was back a day later. Does anyone have any hints??? Thanks in advance.

Seems like the computer still thinks the truck is cold, thus flooding it. The CTS, coolant temp sensor, going to the computer could be faulting. Just an idea though.
