Cold Air Intake noise

I just installed the K&N CAI and love everything about it! However, when its hot outside and I idle for a bit, there is a loud noise that comes out of the CAI.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Any help in regards to this is greatly appreciated!

most likely youre idle air control valve (IAC)

I had the same problem, replaced it for $35 and hasn't made the noise since.

My 05 X with a cold air intake makes a whistling noise kind of like a turbocharger
