With my AC on:
Cluttering noise in cabin
Can feel the vibration in the fenders
High pressure line / service port vibrate violently
Mechanic's Stethoscope reveals a jackhammer sound when placed on back of compressor/high pressure line.
Turn ac off, this all goes away. System is still cooling though, I guess I better replace it before it frags and I have to flush the whole system.
edit: You think it would be worth adding an ounce of oil and seeing if that helps?
