yep! I try to reinstall mine after modifying anything engine related. It needs to re-learn everything, and since your changing a pretty major component, it'd be good to let it re-learn.

What exactly comprises, "re-setting the computer"? I understand (vaguely anyways,) the point... but I don't know how to accomplish this. Is it like disconnecting the power, then reconnecting and letting the engine run in idle for a little while? Sorry for the idiot post I'm boning up on knowledge before taking the plunge and buying an Xplr'r. cheers, becker.
