1995 Eddie Bauer...
Ok, ok ill try to explain it so its not to confusing. My climate control on my 95 Eddie Bauer is "tempermental". It is hot outside so I put it to 65 degrees, and push the automatic button. It blows really cold. As I raise the temp. It does not get any hotter. I will have it up to 85 and it will still be blowin A/c. Then once you put it on 90 it will start to come from the bottom blowing heat. So far it has blown heat at 80 and 85 degrees  (very very rarely). Right now it doesnt matter so much because it is in the 90's this week but I want to know how or what to do to fix it. Is there a way to reset it...or has anybody else had this problem? Thanks, in advance

Make sure the heat shield for the radio is installed properly. If not, the heat from the radio will make the temp sensor think that it is hotter inside than it really is. This is not an uncommon problem.

You have an Automatic Temperature Control system (ATC). It works just like the climate control system in your home. You set the temp, and the system will sense the temperature in the cabin and adjust the air temperature that is blowing out of the vents until it reaches a set temp (ie, 75 degrees). Once it reaches 75 degrees, for example, it will mix some heated air along with a/c.

A long story short...SET IT AND FORGET IT! :p

Your blend door is probably broken in the A/C mode. You are looking at $800 - $1100 if you have Ford fix it. Your should be getting a mix of warm to cool air depending on your setting as long as you aren't at the two temperature extreme settings. If all you are getting is full cold unless you set it to maximum temperature is sounds like your blend door is broken. Do a search for blend door using the "search" button above and you will find many threads regarding the issue.
