console rear controls

Does anybody know how to connect the wires of the center cosole so the rear controls work? If anybody has installed one, please give me some tips.

Why would you want that anyways, all people do is mess with your tunes anyways. The only thing i ever used it for was when i was lying in the back at the drive in with my special lady.
