ahoy maties,
Ye old pirates bay seems to have a copy, though I believe she may be pirated. Just had to roll the date on my wifes PC to 2006 but after that she flew (im a Mac guy). 111lbs on the control arms and 55 on the ball joint I do believe. Think I will convert the whole thing to PDF and uninstall the app.

what happen to your control arm?

Ball joints started squeaking last month. The upper ball joint is not replaceable on its own, you need to replace the whole arm. Luckily the lower is. Planning on doing both this weekend time will allow.

So thats how u know when to replace the control arms.
I had a squeaking noise on my passenger front. Everytime I'd go over a speed bump, it would start the squeaking. I later found that my front sway bar bushings were shot to hell. I replaced them and it seem to quite the noise. Now I have to save up for struts. Since i replaced the swaybar bushings I noticed my ride has been more stable, but suspension has been rough, with some loose popping sounds from underneath.:(

Lol, I replaced both sway bar ends last winder. The roads get pretty horible in the winter and i managed to snap both sides. Thats how I know they are alright. My boots are still okay, but if i jack up the truck, put it on stands, pull the wheel, and jack up the lower control arm, and hold on to the ball joint you can feel it click as it squeaks. Im thinking thats the issue. Either that or the lower joint bushings.

Swapped it out today. Not a tough job at all, as long as you have a ball joint separator, the 54mm one from princess auto works like a charm, and I borrowed the press from Part source. only about a hour and a half job once I figured out what I was doing. Helped that the bolts were still not frozen since I changed the wheel bearing a couple months ago.
