Upper control arm torque specs?

I'm just finishing the upper control arm/ ball joint replacements on our '03. I've done a search and can't find torque specs for:
1) UCA to frame nuts and
2) ball joint to spindle nuts

Anybody?

This forum has been great for info as our Explr cruises past 211k miles!
