Control Trac to Full 4 x 4

I have a 1996 Explorer 2 door 5 speed, anyone ever try to, or know how to convert the Control Trac to a full time 4 x 4. If I understand the control trac system right it only engages when the rear wheels slip I want to make it so that when you turn the button to 4x4 auto is is always engaged. Any thoughts???

add a switch that feeds the brown wire at the t case with constant power , and the t case clutch locks up all the time,
