I have an 04 xls, flex fuel. It died a couple of times on a long trip. After sitting overnight it was always ok. Along the way I had the filter replaced by Ford, but it did not fix it. When I got home I decided to replace the fuel pump. Mine has only one hose on top. All the replacements seem to have 2. Can I just leave the smaller one blocked off? I hope someone out there can help with this one. Thanks!
