I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so I figured this would be a good place. I drive an 00 XLS 4.0 SOHC equipped with a class 3 (I think) hitch. I tow my trailer around with it, and definately need more power, since the trailer weighs about 10,240 lbs. I was contemplating a swap to facilitate towing, but that seems pretty spendy, adn was wondering if there are any more cost-effective mods that will provide me with enough power to tow this trailer without fear of merging onto highways. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
