Cost of Installation? Running Boards, Springs, & Exhaust?

Just want some ballpark figures for:
1) Having OEM running boards purchased and installed by the dealer
2) Having springs installed if I supply the springs
3) Having dual exhaust piping fabricated if I supply the muffler and tips

2. I think I was quoted $60/hr for ~3 hours. I ended up doing it myself

3. I paid $380 installed and they supplied everything. I'm sure I could have saved a few dollars by supplying myself, but I wanted it done as soon as I got the truck.
