1. My rear windows, the easiest way I can think to say it is that they roll down TOO fast. When theyre going down, its like the motor goes faster than the window, because the windows "bounce" on the way down. If I put a little pressure on them, then they go down just fine. Both rear windows do it, only going down, not up.

2. Sometimes when I "WOT" it, it will hesistate around 5000 RPMs, it still accellerates, but its like it doesnt wanna go any higher, then other times its just fine, I am throwing codes for a bag EGR valve, could that have anything todo with it?

3. Sometimes my fog lights dont want to work, I like driving with the parking lights and fog lights only, we have ALOT of street lights around here and I can see perfectly fine with just the fogs on, but in the last couple days they will just randomly turn off. It seemed like it was when I hit bigger bumps/tracks, but now it just seems like they randomly do it, and on other days, theyre fine all night. I opened up the fuse box while they were on, and tapped on the relays thinking maybe it was a bad relay, but nothing happened, and I tapped around the switch thinking maybe that could be bad, but nothing. When they click off, the green indicator light turns off also, so its like theyre loosing all power.

Thanks in advance for any help!:D

1. I believe the power window motor gear has a rubber damper to take up the slack as the window moves up or down...I bet the damper is worn out or cracked up and fell out of the gear...Does the window motor start to move a sec or 2 before the window starts to move up as well?

2. If you are at WOT throttle, the EGR valve doesn't function anyway...You might want to check the cable to see if you are actually getting WOT and also clean/fix/replace the EGR valve if it is indeed defective...If this valve is leaking you are diluting any fuel mixture into the engine and you will lean out which is not necessarily a good thing at WOT...One more thing;what is your fuel pressure when you feel the hesitation? You can probably figure out where I am going with this...;)

3.Have you checked the relays in the passenger side relay box? That is where my fog light relays are located...Since it is intermittent and the power on light on the switch goes off when the fogs go off, I would bet the relay itself is either dying or the wiring to the relay is pulling off the terminals underneath the relay box...I have had both happen on my Explorer as well...

1: Ill have to check them when I go home, are they something I could pick up at AutoZone?

2: I'll be honest with you I have no clue. It revs up when in park or neutral just fine but just hesitates when getting on the highway sometimes. How would I go about checking the pressure while driving?

3: I didn't know there was another relay box, the one I checked was on the drivers side by the brake booster. I got my online manual and found the actual fog relay in that box...

1. I don't know if AZ carries the gear set; I do know that Rockauto does for about $13 each...There is a picture below...You can see the round rubber "pucks" between the large driven gear and smaller drive gear and hub...

2. If you have a fuel pressure gauge attach it to the schrader valve then to your windshield to monitor the pressure while driving...

3. Unless there is some major difference in your Limited to my Sport you should have an auxillary relay box under the airbox on the passenger front fender...I don't have a wiring diagram in front of me but i think the relay in the main fuse/relay panel by the brake booster is to energize the fog lamp relay in the other box... Or that is what I found on my truck...
